Ross e Emily discutono su chi invitare al loro matrimonio. Lui vuole invitare Rachel, mentre lei pensa che non sia il caso, ma Ross manda comunque l'invito a Rachel. Tutti, eccetto Chandler, ricevono i loro inviti. Phoebe e' incinta e non puo' andare, quindi gli cede il suo invito. Rachel lotta con l'idea di andare al matrimonio, rievocando il suo passato con Ross, e, dopo aver deciso di non andare, si dispera e piange sulla spalla di Monica... 

Sinossi originale: Emily's surprised remark she wouldn't want her ex-lovers on the wedding unlike Ross who invites Rachel starts him reminiscing about him getting and losing Rachel. Everybody gets an invitation, but Phoebe may not fly during her pregnancy and Rachel feels it's just too hard for her, after reminiscing as well about her with and without Ross.
