Le nomination erano state annunciate lo scorso luglio da D'Arcy Carden (NBC The Good Place) e Ken Jeong (Crazy Rich Asians).
Netflix ha raccolto 117 nomination tra Bodyguard, Russian Doll, Dead to Me, The Kominsky Method, Orange Is the New Black, When They See Us e altri show.
Un totale di 14 nomination sono andate a Il Trono di spade (HBO), mentre When They See Us (Netflix) ne ha ricevute 11. 9 nomination per Barry (HBO) mentre 7 a Escape at Dannemora (Showtime), Fosse/Verdon (FX) e The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon). 6 nomination per Chernobyl (HBO), Fleabag (Amazon) e Killing Eve (BBC America). 5 nomination per Better Call Saul (AMC), Ozark (Netflix), This Is Us (NBC) e Veep (HBO).
