TRAMA

Due donne di origine araba vengono trovate uccise. Benson e Stabler sospettano di un veterano del Vietnam, un paranoico convinto che i musulmani siano un pericolo.

A Muslim woman is raped then burned to death. Benson and Stabler fear it could be a hate crime. They track down the women's husband who becomes a suspect after they discover he verbally abused her. Benson and Stabler find out she was having an affair with a Jewish man. The plot thickens when the same crime is committed, but this time it's a man who is set on fire. Both victims belonged to the Interfaith council which educates Christians and Jews about Islam. After watching the security tape from one of their meetings, Stabler arrests the main suspect-a racist man who thought killing Arabs would prevent terrorist attacks. To make matters worse, he killed a Muslim prisoner in Central Booking. In court his lawyer tries to blame it on genetics, but it turns out his father left his mother to marry an Arab woman.
