TRAMA
La star di uno show per ragazzi è stata stuprata. Indagando, Benson e Fin scoprono che era odiata perché molti ritenevano avesse una cattiva influenza sulle teenager.
A well-known lead actress of a controversial teen show is raped in her trailer on the set of Girl, Undercover. Benson and Fin investigate, and find the actress, also known as 'Jessie the Slut' and 'Teen Tramp', is hated by many community members based on, what they feel to be, her harmful portrayal of today's youth. Carolyn Spencer, leader of the 'Neighbors Investing in Clean Entertainment' among other things, gets a visit from our team. Her public statements of hatred and disapproval of the actress have raised some concern and certainly make her a prime suspect. The investigation unravels further clues, which point to Carolyn's son, who is arrested after being placed at the scene of the crime. It appears that he was acting out his mother's voice; however, we later find the boy was actually following the directions of a radio personality (ala Howard Stern) who stated live that the actress could "use a good banging" after she walked out during an interview on his show. One final twist, Carolyn Spencer shoots BJ, not a revengeful act to protect her son, but simply as a publicity stunt to support her cause. To everyone's amazement, the jury deadlocks and Carolyn is set free, until it is retried.
