World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji, un'avventura in 10 episodi presentata da Bear Grylls e prodotta da Mark Burnett, è il racconto di una gara estrema in cui 66 squadre provenienti da 30 paesi si sfidano non-stop per 11 giorni, 24 ore al giorno attraverso centinaia di miglia sui terreni delle Fiji tra montagne, giungle e oceani.

Girata nel 2019 alle Fiji, World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji mostra la resistenza fisica e mentale dei 330 partecipanti alla sfida (uniti in gruppi da 5 complessivi di atleti e un assistente) chiamati a raggiungere il traguardo finale attraverso i 671 km del percorso.

Team Khukuri Warriors (India) Team Khukuri Warriors is the first team from India to join Eco-Challenge. Led by twin sisters from Dehradun (India), who by 23 years of age defied gender stereotypes to reach the world's highest and farthest points – Mt Everest, the North Pole and the South Pole – and became the first twins to climb Everest, as well as the Seven Summits. They will be joined by a mountain climbing, skiing and rafting expert, doctor and their father, who was a former Colonel in the Indian Army.

Team Onyx will be the first entirely African-American adventure racing team to compete on the global stage.
