TRAMA
Il corpo di Lucy viene trovato murato all'interno del Trash bar. Il delitto risale agli anni ottanta e, anche in mancanza del corpo, Eddie venne accusato di averla uccisa. Dopo trentacinque anni, in cui Eddie si e' sempre dichiarato innocente, il caso si riapre. Henry scopre che l'arma del delitto, non e' quella che si riteneva fosse all'epoca dei fatti.
Jo (Alana De La Garza) and Isaac Monroe (guest star Cuba Gooding Jr.), her handsome, wealthy new suitor, are spending a night out at a punk rock club when a mummified woman's body is found in a wall at the nightspot. It's the team's first cold case. Dead since the early 80's, the victim may have suffered a drug overdose. Punk rocker Eddie Warsaw, her then boyfriend, was convicted of killing her 30 years ago, although he resolutely declared his innocence. Henry (Ioan Gruffudd), empathizes with Eddie as he, too, lost the love of his life, Abigail. He emotionally remembers back to 1984 when Abigail couldn't handle their growing age difference and takes some time away – never to come back to him. Guest starring are Cuba Gooding, Jr. as Isaac Monroe, David Krumholtz as 1984 Abe, Frederick Weller as Eddie Warsaw, Jordan Gelber as Carl Massey, Neal Huff as Rich Dornis and Kelly Aucoin as Frank Farrell.
