Trama, Sinossi Episodio

Con Alchemy e Savitar ancora una incombente minaccia, Barry non è in grado di concentrarsi sulle vacanze di Natale, e in particolare sul suo rapporto con Iris. Determinato a fermare Savitar, Barry va a Terra-3 per ricevere consigli da Jay Garrick (guest star John Wesley Shipp). Wally vuole aiutare Barry a combattere Savitar e rivela che lui si è allenato con H.R., che non va troppo d'accordo con Barry. Mentre Cisco affronta il suo primo Natale senza suo fratello Dante (guest star Nicholas Gonzalez), vecchie ferite si riaprono.  

Sinossi originale: With Alchemy and Savitar still looming threats, Barry is unable to focus on the Christmas holiday, and especially his relationship with Iris. Determined to stop Savitar, Barry goes to Earth-3 to get advice from Jay Garrick (guest star John Wesley Shipp). Wally wants to help Barry fight Savitar and reveals that he's been training with H.R., which doesn't go over well with Barry. As Cisco faces his first Christmas without his brother Dante (guest star Nicholas Gonzalez), old wounds are reopened.
